Rruga Shenasi Dishnica, Pazari i Ri, Tirana

Daily · 12:00–00:00

A traditional kitchen in Pazari i Ri, founded in 2005 by the director and actor Paskal Prifti, which describes itself as promoting art, folklore and the tradition of Albanian cuisine. The menu it publishes is Tirana home cooking, a good deal of it from a wood-fired stove — lamb and village chicken cooked that way, alongside tavë dheu, fërgesë, stuffed peppers and vine leaves, pies, and a list of house brandies.
