Listings may be free, paid, sponsored, affiliate-based, editorial, or promotional.

Submitting a business does not guarantee that the listing will be approved, published, ranked, featured, promoted, or kept on the website.

We may accept, reject, edit, suspend, or remove listings at our discretion.

You are responsible for ensuring that all submitted information is accurate, complete, lawful, and up to date.

This includes:

• Business name;
• Address and service area;
• Contact information;
• Website and social media links;
• Prices and packages;
• Photos and videos;
• Descriptions;
• Availability;
• Licences, permits, and insurance, where applicable;
• Cancellation, refund, and booking terms.

You must promptly notify us of any changes.

By submitting photos, logos, videos, text, descriptions, or other materials, you confirm that you own the content or have permission to use it.

You grant Albania DreamScape permission to use, edit, publish, display, promote, and distribute the submitted content in connection with the website, social media, marketing, advertising, and related promotional activities.

We may reject or remove listings that are:

• False, misleading, or inaccurate;
• Illegal or unsafe;
• Offensive, discriminatory, or harmful;
• Infringing on intellectual property rights;
• Associated with scams, fraud, or deceptive practices;
• Not relevant to Albania travel or tourism;
• Damaging to the reputation or trust of Albania DreamScape.

Paid or sponsored listings may receive promotional placement, visibility, or advertising benefits based on the package purchased.

Payment does not guarantee bookings, sales, traffic, rankings, reviews, or business results.

Sponsored content may be labelled as sponsored, promoted, partner, advertisement, or similar wording.

If paid listings or advertising packages are offered, payment terms will be provided before purchase.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, fees for approved and published promotional placements may be non-refundable.

If we remove a listing due to violation of these Terms, we may not provide a refund.

Businesses are solely responsible for their own services, products, bookings, prices, customer service, safety, licences, insurance, taxes, refunds, cancellations, and legal compliance.

Albania DreamScape is not responsible for disputes between businesses and customers.

If reviews, ratings, or feedback are available on the website, we may moderate, edit, reject, or remove content that appears fake, abusive, defamatory, irrelevant, or misleading.

Businesses may not submit fake reviews or encourage misleading reviews.

We may update, modify, suspend, or remove any listing or promotional placement at any time, including where information becomes outdated, inaccurate, unlawful, or inconsistent with our standards.

A business listing does not create a partnership, joint venture, employment relationship, agency relationship, franchise, or endorsement unless expressly stated in writing.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Albania DreamScape is not liable for lost profits, lost bookings, lost traffic, reputational harm, customer disputes, technical issues, or any indirect or consequential damages related to a business listing or promotion.
