Never. Contact us first — we'll review your listing, recommend the right plan and only invoice once we agree on a start date.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Plans are billed monthly with no long-term contract. Cancel before the next billing period and you won't be charged again.

Where exactly will my business appear?+
Only on genuinely relevant city, destination and category pages. We don't place businesses in unrelated cities, don't guarantee a permanent first position, and paid placement never influences our independent recommendations.
Which plan is right for me?+
Single-location independents usually start with Boost. Boutique brands serving one destination pick Featured. Larger or multi-location businesses choose Spotlight. We're happy to advise.
